Irrigation Technician

Intermediate to Advanced, Part and Full Time, Hourly Pay

The ideal candidate will be a self-directed individual, experienced maintenance technician to provide physical labor required to perform maintenance, efficiently and in a safe manner to the satisfaction of the designated Superintendent and /client. Exhibit skills working with irrigation system repair and maintenance. The Irrigation Supervisor is responsible for supervising a small crew in the installation of irrigation projects.

Foreman/Forewoman

Intermediate to Advanced, Full Time, Hourly Pay

The Project Foreman is responsible for overseeing landscape, irrigation, and construction crews. They are responsible for estimating and scheduling as well as mobilizing and managing crews on a daily basis. As part of crew management, they are responsible for monitoring budgets, interacting with customers, scheduling material and purchases, organizing personnel and equipment for the job. They are also responsible for assuring the job is finished to the satisfaction of the customer and making sure that all paperwork, change orders, job logs and receipts are completed and reviewed daily in anticipation of project billing.

Craftsmen/Laborer

Internship, Entry-Level, Full Time, Hourly Pay

The ideal candidate will be a self-directed, experienced laborer to provide physical labor required to construct a project in a proper, efficient and safe manner to the satisfaction of the designated Superintendent and /or Foreman on the job. Exhibit skills in equipment operation, subgrade preparation, and basic layout of site work a plus.

Maintenance Technician

Internship, Entry-Level, Full Time, Hourly Pay

The ideal candidate will be a self-directed, experienced maintenance technician to provide physical labor required to perform maintenance, efficiently and in a safe manner to the satisfaction of the designated Superintendent and /client. The LMTs provide detail-oriented maintenance services, including lawn care, perennial bed maintenance and weed control, shrub and bush pruning, water feature maintenance and snow removal. LMTs work under the supervision of an on-site manager.
